A Thought !!!!

I was asked by one the news channel at my office how your life changed after Nirbhaya case? Though I replied them what came first in my mind but later on when I gave a thought to the question nothing has changed nor it has  affected neither any difference in the situation pre and post Nirbhaya.

Females was not safe pre Nirbhaya nor they are save post Nirbhaya.We encounter Vulgar slang,Whistling,Comments,double meaning jokes,Talks etc in our daily life.Appreciating the beauty or dress is something different.I have been working for last 12 years and nothing has changed since then.Females are raped not physically but emotionally also.In both the cases Bruise leave a deep scare.This is what I feel.

I have Observed that  males sees a female as "Maal" an object for entertainment.Definitely the age does not matter.Even 75 years old man has the same thought.They some how try to grab the attention of the girl just for pass time in the name of Friendship-Very commonly used,I Love You-one of the best emotional way to attract girl or You are my colleague I get along with you very well.These are all beginning of using the female emotions.It depends on the girl how mature she is to handle this & not let anybody use her.

I am working as HR and girls do come and share their experiences with me.I encourage them to be very confident and firm in dealing such instances.If a female conduct her very confidently and firmly no one will dare to behave in such manner.Precaution is better than cure this applies for female at the same time I think parents should from the beginning teach boys to respect females they should become their friends instead of parents,Because this will help them to know how they are behaving in their absences.Charity begins at home.

We all need to give a thought on this.Day by Day so many males & females across India getting degrees but what are they really earning from education?
